Due to constraints within the Licensed Retail and Hospitality industries in as much as the inconvenience and difficulties encountered by releasing staff for training and, being fully appreciative of this, Sierra Training have, in conjunction with leading behavioural psychologists, major security related agencies and the licensed trade, developed an innovative and exciting series of mini, bite sized tutorials called “Inn Sights” - These are short, punchy, high impact and enjoyable informational sessions usually of no more than 2hrs 30min duration designed specifically to meet training requirements from within the industry.
- To address “problem” areas in staff training which cannot be met by current academic curriculum’s due to time and cost constraints by the implementation of a peripatetic service.
- To make “Inn Sights” a highly enjoyable, fun learning process whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism and adhering to current laws, standards and vocational qualifications curriculum content.
- The design and implementation of subject matter not currently met by existing academia subject to demands from within the industry.

- Help to create a culture where employees are encouraged to share information and pass on knowledge to contribute to a good working environment.
- Learn an interesting skill, fact or piece of information that they never knew before.
- Have the opportunity to take a break from their daily working routine and bring together people from other parts of the industry with an aim to “Skills Swap”.
